3. Buying & Selling
Nilam Construction Equipment LLP acts as a marketplace and facilitator between buyers and sellers of used heavy machinery. We are not responsible for any disputes arising between buyers and sellers after the transaction is completed. All sales are final once payment is received and transfer documents are signed.
4. Inspection & Condition
All equipment listed by Nilam Construction Equipment undergoes a technical inspection. However, this inspection does not constitute a guarantee or warranty. Buyers are strongly advised to conduct their own independent inspection before purchase. Nilam Construction Equipment LLP is not liable for any mechanical failures or defects discovered after purchase.
5. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. We accept bank transfers, demand drafts, and other payment methods as mutually agreed. Equipment will not be released until full and cleared payment is received.
6. Transportation & Delivery
Buyers are responsible for arranging transportation of purchased equipment from our facility or the seller's location unless otherwise agreed. While we can assist with transport referrals, Nilam Construction Equipment LLP is not responsible for any damage or delays during transportation.
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We will not share your details with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nilam Construction Equipment LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, equipment listings, or any transactions facilitated through our platform.
